Our resort is now under new ownership and management!
We currently have 53 RV sites. 31 are 30/50 Amp (of which 6 are pull-thrus) and 22 support 30 Amp. Our amenities include a swimming pool, playground for the little ones, a remodeled laundry room, 4 showers, 6 restrooms. Bring your fur babies to our brand new 7,000 sq. foot dog park where even the biggest of dogs can get their exercise!
Satisfaction
Our recreational center has a large screen 65" TV with DTV/DVD, a full kitchen, and seating for 50. Come get a free cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy it on our front porch in a rocking chair overlooking our swimming pool, courtyard, and dog park. We also have a library, board games, and movies for the entire family.

We've got a four-bedroom furnished log cabin that is air conditioned for family vacations that sleeps up to 12.
Entertainment
Our entertainment includes seasonal weekly karaoke, bingo, movie night, card night, and monthly potlucks.
We also have a pool table, a 65" TV, a shuffleboard, a swimming pool, a playscape, washers, and horseshoes.
Whether you're visiting to fish, walk on the beach, go bird watching, explore downtown, learn about the local history at the Fulton Mansion, marveling under the oldest oak tree in Texas, or just to coming to relax, we have accommodations for everyone.
